We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Unfortunately we do dot offer order cancellations. Please check you cart first before checkout and hit the confirm button

 

LOST PACKAGES

We know how frustrating this situation can be!

We are not responsible for lost,or held packages.

Once the carrier scans your package,it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen!We suggest you file a missing package claim with the post office/carrier.


DAMAGED AND ISSUES

If your package arrives defective,damaged or if you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately within 3-5 business days with your full name,order number and pictures of the damaged product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right


REFUNDS

We only provide refunds for damaged and defective , or wrong products!! 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your case , and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
